Cancellation & No-Show Policy We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • The first late cancellation (within 48 hours) will be noted with no fee. • Any additional late cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments. Late Arrivals Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling and will be subject to the cancellation fee. If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, services may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Deposits Certain services, including extensions and longer color appointments, may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are forfeited if cancellation policies are not met. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen.
